Refund Policy
Effective 2026-10-11
14 days, full refund, no questions
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying premium — the yearly subscription, a renewal of it, or lifetime — you can have all of your money back. You do not need to give a reason, and nothing is deducted for the days you have used it.
This goes beyond what the law requires: EU law lets a seller of digital content end the right of withdrawal once the content is delivered, and we choose not to.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, and say which purchase you want refunded. You can also contact Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt email.
We confirm your request within two working days. The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, through Creem, and normally reaches you within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
Premium ends when the refund is made, and the account returns to the free plan. Nothing you have created is deleted: content over the free limits stays usable and editable, but nothing more can be added to it until you are back under the limits.
After 14 days
After 14 days purchases are not refunded, except where the law requires it — for example when the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it. A yearly subscription can be cancelled at any time so that it does not renew; see the Terms of Service. Cancelling on its own does not refund the year already paid for.
Payment disputes
Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is faster, and a chargeback may lead Creem to suspend purchases from the account while it is investigated.
